Arnie and I along with INBLF president Charles Kagay and DC INBLF colleague John Quinn applied for and were accepted to the second SelectUSA Summit, which was held March 23 and March 24 just outside Washington DC. The summit brought together more than 2500 people – investors from all over the world, economic development organizations from around the U.S., high-level government officials and others working to facilitate investment in the U.S. The summit was highlighted by addresses from President Obama, Secretary of Commerce Pritzker, and Secretary of State Kerry, among other luminaries. The summit was a unique opportunity to introduce INBLF to foreign companies interested in doing business in the U.S., state and local officials seeking to attract foreign investment, and other service providers who may need legal resources.
