On September 24 Janet was a guest speaker at Georgetown Law School where she spoke about recent court decisions applying copyright law, including cases involving music and the visual arts. Janet also provided an update on developments in Artificial Intelligence and its impact on copyright law.
Most recently, on November 17, Janet spoke at the Washington Conservation Guild conference, discussing various contract issues and the moral rights of attribution and integrity that living artists might assert against conservators.
