Jeannette has been with the firm since 2006, and her practice is focused on trademark and copyright law, with particular emphasis on brand protection and enforcement. She is a long-time legal advocate for protecting the rights of artists and will help lead the firm’s new involvement in the developing area of trademark protection for cannabis-related products and services.
We are also pleased to announce that Thomas L. Peterson is now of counsel to the firm, enabling us to assist clients who have assets that need patent protection or enforcement. He joins Carolyn Wimbly Martin, who also is of counsel to the firm, focusing on trademarks, brand management and copyright matters.
